Winners will receive an email from email@example.com that invites them to register for the event two to three weeks after their state lottery confirms them as a winner. Winners should be on the lookout and make sure to check their spam folder. Via the dedicated link found in the email, winners will be redirected to a secure webpage to enter their information, guest information and registration documents.
- Registration Information: The information must match the information on your State ID, State Driver’s License or Passport, which will be used to book travel.
- Guest Information: Winners will be unable to complete the registration process without their guest’s name and email address. Winner registration completion will trigger and a guest registration email, which will prompt guests to follow a similar registration process. If winners need to change their guest after completing registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org Once guest travel has been booked, winners will NOT be able to switch guests.
Post registration, winners will receive two emails: 1) containing copies of the registration documents, and 2) registration confirmation. Once both winner and guest registrations are completed, a dedicated concierge.com representative will proceed to book applicable travel (flight, train, bus). After travel is booked, the winner and guest will receive a travel confirmation email containing their concierge.com representative’s contact information. Winner and guests should feel free to reach out to their dedicated representative leading up to and throughout the VIP Experience with any questions. A complete personalized travel itinerary will be sent via email in December.
